VIA's claims against Apple to be investigated

TaiwanNews.com reports that the International Trade Commission (ITC) in the US said that it will conduct and investigation and assign a judge to hold an evidentiary hearing concerning VIA's complaints that Apple has breached three of its patents related to mobile phone and tablet processors. Although this does not indicate that the ITC agrees with VIA, it does respect the complaint and takes it to the next level.
